My first copywriting assignment at my agency was a real challenge: to write social media copy for a whisky brand in a voice that would appeal to an audience of successful, millennial men employed in silicon valley. I worked with a senior copywriter to craft the right tone, and quickly became the sole writer of Glen Grant’s social media captions from August 2018 until April 2019 when Glen Grant moved their social management in-house.
